Im back to blogging!!!Haha... know what's the reason that i haven been blogging fer the past 1 week? ? Cuz i finally gotta my DS Lite!!!!! Thks fer the sponsership from all of u.. and to someone who actually helped me to load the games inside da SD Card and i can played immediately when i gotta my nintendo.. hee!!! With the game set, i find travelling time shorter whenever i need to travel to and fro work. Anyway, this week seems to be a complaint week fer me.. On mon and tues, i called up to Cou*ts and F them upside down till i manage to waive off the late charges that they incur on me. Intially, i rec'd a letter from them to make my last payment of instalement and i paid in full as per what the letter state on 31 Dec 07. A week later, their staff called me and told me that they did not rec'd it. I even asked them to check and call me back as my bank has already deduct my money and its not possible that they did not rec'd the payment. The irresponsible staff never call me back and even have the cheek to send me a RED letter stating that i have an outstanding amt of $46.60 and my account is still in arrears despite THEIR continued requests for payment. Unless the above amount plus further accrued interest/charges are paid, further action will be taken which results in:
- a collection agent visiting ME
- lnstructing solicitors to commence legal proceedings against ME or
- credit information being submitted to CreditScan which will affect MY ability to obtain credit anywhere in S'pore
I was fuming hot when i was reading the letter on sun. I nv receive any reminders and in the letter it nv state that there will be charges incurred if i make payment on 31st instead of 29 which is the due date. Luckily they waive off aft the investigation. Humph!!!
And today suntec mac delivery send us the wrong order again!!!!!!!!! Once, they nv gave us butter when we ordered for Hotcakes, another time, there was egg shell inside the SME Meal and now again!!! Wah Piang.. Can they make some improvements?? Hai, i tin the mac delivery hotline has marked me as difficult cm since i called in and complaint so many times!!!!!! LOLx!!
